Summary of the project:
The project consists of investments in 2 systems that will enable reduction of labor costs and increase of business productivity, improvement of company processes, optimization of business processes and integration of business functions, increase of competitiveness of the company Superstroj studio d.o.o., and ultimately increase of income from sales and new employment. The systems in which it is planned to invest are ERP and BIM. ERP and BIM are systems that were created with the purpose of securing new markets, better connections with clients, achieving quality customer service, enabling the prediction of seasonal fluctuations and efficient management of the procurement and maintenance system of goods in optimal relation to receivables.

Short description of the project:
The EKO BROD project aims to achieve a transition in the application of environmentally friendly solutions in propulsion systems for coastal passenger transport vessels through an innovative package of complementary products and services. The project is implemented by a consortium consisting of four SMEs, each of which, in its own area of activity and jointly, offers and complements an innovative complementary service and product that will represent a novelty on the market.
The competences and specific knowledge of the members of the Consortium, acquired through many years of business in the corresponding niches of the maritime market, include partners:
MEP d.o.o. – design and implementation of systems for critical power supply and uninterruptible power supply systems in the maritime sector
Sarda d.o.o. – project partner for the development of applications for the needs of maritime transport
Conmare d.o.o. – project partner for designing ship systems
Zorović d.o.o. – project partner for the education of seafarers
The implementation of the project is co-financed through a call for project proposals: INTEGRATOR, from the European Fund for Regional Development, OP Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014-2020 program.

FINANCING STRATEGY:
The total value of the project proposal is HRK 7,102,258.37, of which unacceptable costs are HRK 112,500.00, and the amount of grants is HRK 3,476,583.99.
